Our Services
AGOLA Engineering Sdn Bhd provides Comprehensive and Preventive Maintenance of the Power Substation. Our services are inclusive of Routine Maintenance, Scheduled Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Emergency and Priority Corrective Maintenance, and Ordinary Wear & Tear replacement.
We provide the Maintenance Team with adequate competent management, and administrative and technical personnel to identify, plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement all required maintenance works.
AGOLA Engineering Sdn Bhd to ensure the products and systems make maximum performance. We increase productivity and reliability, lengthen product life span and improve safety.
Preventive Maintenance
- Checking the performance of the complete systems.
- Perform standard inspection including visual inspection of equipment, control panel and all electrical components.
- Preparing inspection report with records of maintenance and repair works performed.
- Servicing, maintenance and repair requirement of the process equipment and its ancillaries in the Plant.
Emergency and Corrective Maintenance
- Failure of the portion of the works immediately affects the continuous operation.
- Failure of the works that involve public health and safety issues.
- Any defect discovered that shall require immediate rectification of the works to avoid catastrophic failure.
- Failure of the mains electrical distribution system.
